The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be voice of customer, liaise with internal data science team and help build out CSM channel. Analytical Aptitude, Data Science background, (Financial Services & Direct Marketing a plus).

Company: QuaEra is a rapidly growing NY/NJ-based early-stage company. It has developed a transformative AI product that is applicable across all of Direct Marketing. Aignyte (www.aignyte.com) has already been proven to deliver unheard of results in multiple industries, channels and use cases. It is already in production with two clients in Financial Services (FS) and the Company plans to scale up rapidly within the FS market while  opening up additional industry verticals.

Role: The Client Success Manager (CSM) will be one of the key roles to help the Company execute on a rapid growth plan. As one of our early employees, this role is expected to build the CSM organization, establish practices etc. to enable growth in FS and other verticals.

The CSM is expected to be the voice of clients within the Company, understand client needs and product capabilities and guide the execution team on how to best meet those needs, identify new opportunities with the client, be the eyes and ears of the Aignyte team to identify opportunities for product extensions and development. As part of this role, the CSM will need to understand the workings of the Aignyte product, be an effective Client manager and demonstrate the ability to project manage the execution of work on behalf of clients.. , They will also be working directly with the founders on new initiatives and business development.  Applicants can be remote to NY/NJ but need to be open to travel as required.

 

 

  REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in Analytical Consulting organization or post MBA experience in organizations known for analytical capability including 2+ years of hands-on experience in analytics
  • 2+ years of experience leading analytic projects or supporting analytic product implementations, managing clients and project execution
  • Prior financial services, direct marketing or marketing analytics experience preferred
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial drive, innovative structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in an early-stage high-growth environment
